These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the AI Aesthetics by Dr. Aakriti Mehra website, appointment requests, clinic communication, payments, treatment bookings, packages and services.
By using this website, contacting the clinic, booking an appointment, making a payment or receiving a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The information on this website is provided for general awareness, clinic communication and appointment guidance.
It should not be treated as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Treatment suitability depends on individual assessment, skin condition, medical history, medications, allergies, recent procedures, pregnancy or breastfeeding status where relevant, and other safety factors.
AI Aesthetics may update website content, prices, service descriptions, policies and treatment availability from time to time.
Appointments
Appointments may be booked through the website, phone, WhatsApp, clinic visit or other approved communication channels.
Submitting an appointment request does not automatically confirm the appointment. The clinic team will confirm the available slot, treatment room, therapist availability, device availability and any preparation instructions.
Arrival, late arrival and rescheduling
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, the clinic may need to shorten, modify or reschedule the appointment depending on the remaining time, treatment type and clinic schedule.
If you need to reschedule, please inform the clinic as early as possible. Repeated cancellations, missed appointments or late rescheduling may affect future appointment availability or package scheduling.
Treatment suitability
All treatments are subject to suitability assessment.
A treatment may be delayed, modified, declined or changed if the clinic team believes it is not appropriate at that time. Reasons may include active infection, skin irritation, sunburn, recent procedures, pregnancy or breastfeeding status where relevant, medical history, medication use, allergies, unrealistic expectations or safety concerns.
AI Skin Analysis, device-based observations and treatment planning tools are used to support assessment and personalization. They do not replace medical judgment or safety screening.
Results and expectations
Aesthetic results vary from person to person.
Results depend on the concern, skin type, hair type, treatment selected, number of sessions, treatment spacing, aftercare, sun exposure, homecare, medical history, hormonal factors, lifestyle and individual response.
AI Aesthetics does not guarantee identical results for all clients. Some treatments may give visible freshness after one session, while others require a series or maintenance sessions.
Payments
Payments may be collected before, during or after the service depending on the treatment, package, booking type or clinic policy.
The clinic may require advance payment, partial payment or full payment to confirm certain appointments, packages, offers, procedures or treatment plans.
Prices may change from time to time. Any confirmed package or offer will be governed by the terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Refund policy
Payments once collected are generally non-refundable.
Money once collected will not be returned unless AI Aesthetics and the client mutually agree to a refund, adjustment or credit for a specific reason.
Any refund, credit note, package adjustment, transfer or exception is at the discretion of AI Aesthetics and must be specifically agreed by the clinic.
No refund is usually provided for completed services, partially used packages, missed appointments, expired packages, change of mind, dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations, failure to follow aftercare, or inability to continue treatment for personal reasons.
Where a refund or adjustment is mutually agreed, administrative charges, payment gateway charges, taxes, completed sessions, product costs, consumables or other applicable deductions may be adjusted before any amount is returned.
Treatment packages
Treatment packages are valid for a fixed duration of time.
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in writing, treatment packages are usually valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions should be completed within the validity period. Expired sessions may not be carried forward, refunded or transferred unless specifically agreed by AI Aesthetics.
Package validity, session count, treatment area, treatment interval, inclusions and exclusions may vary depending on the package purchased.
Some packages may require minimum spacing between sessions for safety and effectiveness. Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the package validity period.
Package transfers and changes
Treatment packages are generally meant for the person for whom they were purchased.
Package transfer, treatment-area change, service substitution or conversion of one package into another is not automatic. Any such change requires clinic approval and may involve price adjustment, validity adjustment or additional payment.
AI Aesthetics may decline transfer or conversion requests where the requested change is not suitable, safe, operationally possible or commercially appropriate.
Offers, discounts and promotions
Offers, discounts and promotional prices are valid only for the period, service, package or condition stated at the time of communication.
Offers cannot be assumed to apply retrospectively to previous purchases.
Two offers may not be combined unless specifically stated.
AI Aesthetics may modify, pause or withdraw offers at any time.
Doctor-led advanced aesthetic treatments
Selected doctor-led advanced aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters and thread lift are available only on selected Dr. Aakriti Mehra visit days.
Availability must be confirmed in advance. These procedures require assessment, indication-based planning, counseling and suitability review.
IV wellness treatments
IV wellness treatments are supportive wellness services and are not substitutes for emergency care, hospital treatment, medical treatment for diagnosed disease or ongoing care by a physician where required.
IV wellness services require suitability screening. AI Aesthetics may refuse or delay IV wellness treatment if there is a safety concern, incomplete disclosure, abnormal vitals, pregnancy or breastfeeding status where relevant, allergy risk, medical history concern or any other reason requiring medical caution.
Client responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information before treatment.
This includes information about medical history, allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status where relevant, recent skin treatments, active infection, acne medication, steroid use, retinol use, sunburn, prior reactions, previous procedures and any other relevant concern.
Clients are also expected to follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions shared by the clinic.
AI Aesthetics is not responsible for avoidable complications, reduced results or delayed recovery caused by incomplete disclosure, incorrect information, ignoring aftercare, using unsuitable products, sun exposure, self-treatment or receiving conflicting treatments elsewhere.
Treatment images and documentation
AI Aesthetics may take images, assessment records, treatment notes or progress records for documentation, treatment planning, comparison and follow-up.
Identifiable images will not be used publicly in marketing, advertisements, social media, website before-after displays or promotional material without separate permission.
Use of anonymized, non-identifiable information for internal training, process improvement or documentation may be permitted where appropriate.
Products and homecare
Homecare recommendations may be suggested as part of treatment planning.
Product suitability can vary from person to person. Clients should follow usage instructions and inform the clinic if they develop irritation, allergy, acne flare, dryness, redness or any unexpected reaction.
Products once opened or used are generally not returnable unless required by applicable law or agreed by the clinic for a specific reason.
Safety and emergencies
Aesthetic and wellness treatments may involve expected temporary effects such as redness, sensitivity, dryness, mild swelling, tenderness, bruising, peeling, warmth, temporary breakouts or discomfort, depending on the treatment.
Rare or unexpected reactions may also occur.
If you experience severe pain, breathing difficulty, fainting, severe swelling, infection, vision symptoms, allergic reaction or any urgent medical concern, seek emergency medical care immediately and inform the clinic.
Third-party platforms
AI Aesthetics may use third-party platforms such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, payment providers, website tools, analytics tools, advertising platforms, CRM systems or communication services.
Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual property
All website content, text, images, graphics, treatment descriptions, brand elements, logos, protocols, workflows and other materials on this website belong to AI Aesthetics or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, scrape, commercially use or create derivative works from the website content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Aesthetics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from website use, appointment delays, service unavailability, third-party platform issues, treatment expectations, package expiry, incomplete disclosure or failure to follow instructions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to services and policies
AI Aesthetics may update treatment menus, prices, timings, staff, packages, policies, service availability, doctor visit days and website content from time to time.

Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved mutually and in good faith. If legal proceedings are required, they will be subject to the appropriate jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
