When HIFU is not worth the money
Under thirty there is rarely enough laxity for HIFU to improve, and our rules will not sell it to you; RF or skin-quality treatments serve better. Over sixty, or with advanced sagging, HIFU disappoints and a thread lift or a surgical opinion is the honest recommendation. A face that mainly needs volume, not lift, needs fillers rather than heat. Paying ₹25,000 for HIFU on the wrong face is the most expensive thing you can do with HIFU, and the assessment exists to prevent it.
